- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Went there for the tour and beer tasting. All the beers were great. Maple Porter made with sap and beer ice cream float. Spring water is taken from well on the property. Andre is an engineer and he took the time to explain how the brewery was designed to be eco friendly with no chemicals used in the waste water after brewing and cleaning.
